Family Governance

I would like to share ideas about family governance.

The idea begins with how we define a family and what governance means. I am almost through writing a book on Family Governance Globally: A Guide for Families & Their Advisors (subtitle: Avoiding Family Fights).

It seems that everyone has a story about families who fight over inheritances! If a family can practice a peaceful decision-making process before they have problems, they might be able to handle the problems without long-lasting conflict or bitter litigation.

You can add your stories?

In my book I especially focus on: USA, France, India, Saudi Arabia, Japan & the Navajo Nation--so any examples from those would be especially welcome!
